- SUPERSEDES ALL PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS. The Employer and the Union agree that the terms and provisions contained in this written Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous communications, understandings, or memorandum of understandings, pertaining to any matters set forth in this Agreement, or to any other matter. This Agreement expresses all obligations and restrictions imposed on each of the respective parties during its term.
