Suitability for Promotion (Quality. The determination of the quality of an individual’s per- formance in teaching, scholarship and service shall be based primarily upon the promotion appli- cation, the contents of the Official Personnel File, and the support materials, if any, submitted to Human Resources by the candidate (see Article 17). All persons who review candidates for pro- motion shall review the applicant’s Official Personnel File, support materials and application be- fore making a decision or recommendation. Suitability for Promotion (Quality. The determination of the quality of an individual’s performance in teaching, scholarship, and service shall be based primarily upon the contents of the Official Personnel File (OPF), the support materials, if any, submitted to Human Resources by the candidate (see Article 14), and the promotion application. It is the responsibility of each individual to inspect his/her file periodically and at the time of application for promotion to assure that it includes all pertinent information that he/she wishes used as evidence of performance in these three (3) areas.   • Eligibility for Promotion An employee in the classification of Police Officer must have a minimum of five (5) years service in the classification of Lincoln Police Officer as of March 1 of the testing year to be eligible to test for the classification of Sergeant.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Responsibility for Equipment City shall not be responsible for any damage to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any equipment used by Contractor, or by any of its employees, even though such equipment be furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor by City.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Responsibility for Content Vendor is solely responsible for administration, content, intellectual property rights, and all materials at Vendor’s website. DIR reserves the right to require a change of listed content if, in the opinion of DIR, it does not adequately represent the Contract.
