Promotion Materials. Company shall have the responsibility for furnishing to Distributor and its representatives sales promotion materials and individual sales proposals related to the sale of the Contracts. Distributor shall not use any such materials that have not been approved by Company.
Promotion Materials. 8.1 In all cases where the Licensee makes promotional materials involving the net of Domain Names, the production cost of such materials shall be borne by the Licensee. All copyrights or other intellectual property rights of such materials concerning the Domain Names thereto shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor whether developed by the Licensor or the Licensee.
Promotion Materials. ManEquity shall have the responsibility for consulting with respect to the design and the drafting and legal review and filing of sales promotion materials, and for the preparation of individual sales proposals related to the sale of the Policies. All sales and promotional materials for the Policies must first be reviewed and approved by ManuLife America. ManEquity and any organization appointed by ManEquity pursuant to Section 2(a) above shall not give any information or make any representations concerning any aspect of the Policies or ManuLife America's operations to any person or entity unless such information or representations are contained in the prospectuses for the Policies, or are contained in sales or promotional materials approved by ManuLife America.
Promotion Materials. Thrivent Financial shall have the responsibility of furnishing to Thrivent Investment Mgt. and its registered representatives sales promotion materials and individual sales proposals related to the sale of the Contracts. Thrivent Investment Mgt. shall not use any such materials that have not been approved by Thrivent Financial. All written materials that are provided to Thrivent Financial members or prospective members in connection with the Contracts sold by Thrivent Investment Mgt.’s registered representatives are required to meet specific standards established by securities and insurance regulatory authorities. Such materials will include advertising and sales literature, correspondence, magazine articles, newspaper articles, press releases and any other written public communication. Both parties shall cooperate to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Promotion Materials. Sabre will provide Customer upon request with English language versions of existing Sabre sales, advertising, promotional, and training materials regarding the Licensed Sabre Functions, which materials will be provided free of charge, so long as Customer does not request such materials in unreasonable quantity.

Promotion Materials. DFC may, from time to time, provide promotional materials or coupons to Pate's for insertion into the Product packaging. Such promotional materials or coupons shall meet Pate's reasonable weight and size requirements for Pate's equipment as communicated by Pate's to DFC. DFC shall notify Pate's of such insertions at the time the applicable order is made by DFC, and the parties shall mutually agree upon the manner in which such insertions will be made by Pate's for such order. There shall be no charge to DFC in connection with such insertions unless Pate's incurs a cost increase directly or indirectly resulting from such insertions, which increase Pate's can substantiate. Any such substantiated cost increase may be charged by Pate's to DFC if Pate's has notified DFC of such cost increase prior to the performance of any insertion work by Pate's. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Promotion Materials. SLESCO will consult with Skandia Life with respect to the design, drafting, legal review, and filing of sales promotional materials, and for the preparation of individual sales proposals related to the sales of the Contracts. SLESCO shall file with the NASD all such sales promotional material.
