Substitution of Paid Leaves. Employees shall be allowed to substitute paid bereavement leave as set out in Article 20.03 upon proof of eligibility or sick leave as set out in Article 21.04.

Substitution of Paid Leaves. Employees shall be allowed to substitute paid leaves upon proof of eligibility. This article is specific to vacation, bereavement and sick leave and in the case of sick leave substitution proof of hospitalization is required.

  • Substitution of Paid Leave Employees must use accrued paid leave to cover some or all of the FMLA leave taken.

  • Substitution of Key Personnel Consultant has represented to City that certain key personnel will perform and coordinate the Services under this Agreement. Should one or more of such personnel become unavailable, Consultant may substitute other personnel of at least equal competence upon written approval of City.
