Subscriber Notification. The Supplier shall determine, in accordance with the Subscriber's Data as displayed in the Data Base, whether the Subscriber has Underground Facilities located in the geographic area described by the Excavator.   • Layoff Notification The Appointing Authority shall send a layoff notice to the employee in the position to be eliminated.
