STUDY REQUESTS. The County Human Resources Director or his/her designee, NMC CEO or his/her designee will review the status of pending classiVication studies requests with a staff member of MCRNA no more than once every ninety (90) calendar days. The decision of the County Human Resources Director his/her designee, NMC CEO or his/her designee with respect to the request shall not be subject to the grievance procedure. In response to a written request from MCRNA for a classiVication study on a form prescribed by the Human Resources Division/Department, the Human Resources Division/Department shall acknowledge receipt of said request, and if a study is justiVied, indicate the target date for completion of the study within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of said request. If the request for a study is denied or if the results of a completed study are not satisfactory to MCRNA, MCRNA may Vile a written appeal of the denial or the results with the assigned Personnel Analyst. The Personnel Analyst must receive written appeals within ten (10) working days of receipt of the denial or results of the study. If the denial or results of a study are not satisfactorily resolved with the analyst, MCRNA may appeal in writing to the NMC HR Administrator or the Health Department HR Manager indicating the speciVic justiVication for appeal of the Analyst's decision. If the denial or results of a study are not satisfactorily resolved with the NMC HR Administrator or the Health Department HR Manager, MCRNA may appeal in writing to the Human Resources Director or his/her designee, NMC CEO or his/her designee indicating the speciVic justiVication for appeal of the NMC HR Administrator or the Health Department HR Manager’s decision. Written appeals must be received by the NMC HR Administrator or the Health Department HR Manager or the Assistant CAO -­‐ Human Resources or his/her designee, NMC CEO or his/her designee within ten (10) working days of MCRNA's receipt of a response at the previous level. The decision of the Assistant CAO -­‐ Human Resources or his/her designee, NMC CEO or his/her designee shall be Xxxxx. The County Human Resources Director, NMC CEO or his/her designee will periodically review the status of pending classiVication studies requests with a staff member of MCRNA. This review will be scheduled to allow at least two (2) weeks between the time of review and the time of any action by the Board of Supervisors.   • Access Requests (a) Each party agrees to reasonably cooperate with the other in connection with requests to access or amend Personal Data.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • Technical Cooperation 1. The Parties shall strengthen their cooperation in the field of standards, technical regulations, metrology, market surveillance, accreditation and conformity assessment systems with a view to increasing the mutual understanding of their respective systems and facilitating access to their respective markets. To that end, they may establish regulatory dialogues at both horizontal and sectoral levels.

  • Execution of requests 1. In order to comply with a request for assistance, the requested authority shall proceed, within the limits of its competence and available resources, as though it were acting on its own account or at the request of other authorities of that same Party, by supplying information already possessed, by carrying out appropriate enquiries or by arranging for them to be carried out. This provision shall also apply to the administrative department to which the request has been addressed by the requested authority when the latter cannot act on its own.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.

  • Institution and Investigator acknowledge that SPONSOR has no obligation to indemnify or be responsible for any loss, claim, cost (including reasonable attorney fees) or demand if and to the extent such losses, claims or demands arise from any injuries or damages resulting from Institution’s, Investigator’s or the Study Personnel’s negligence, breach of this Agreement, failure to adhere to the Protocol, failure to obtain signed informed consent forms, failure to follow Applicable Law, misuse of the Study Drug, unauthorized warranties, or willful misconduct. This indemnification obligation is without prejudice to the precedence of insurance coverage from compulsory clinical trial insurance. 12.3. Zdravotnické zařízení a zkoušející berou na vědomí, že ZADAVATEL nevyplatí žádné odškodnění ani není odpovědný za žádné ztráty, náklady, spory (včetně přiměřených nákladů na právní pomoc) či nároky v souvislosti s újmou či škodou, ke kterým došlo v důsledku nedbalosti na straně zdravotnického zařízení, zkoušejícího a/nebo členů týmu provádějícího klinické hodnocení a/nebo v důsledku toho, že zdravotnické zařízení, zkoušející a/nebo některý člen týmu provádějícího klinické hodnocení porušili ustanovení této smlouvy, porušili ustanovení protokolu, nenechali subjekt hodnocení podepsat informovaný souhlas, porušili ustanovení platných zákonů, chybným způsobem použili studijní léčivo ZADAVATELe, způsobili škodu úmyslným zaviněním a/nebo poskytli neoprávněné záruky. Touto povinností odškodnění není dotčeno přednostní pojistné krytí z povinného pojištění klinického hodnocení.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer. Any request by <<customer_name>> for access to a network element, interconnection option, or for the provisioning of any service or product that is not already available shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request/New Business Request (BFR/NBR), and shall be submitted to BellSouth pursuant to the BFR/NBR process.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Form and substance of requests for assistance 1. Requests pursuant to this Protocol shall be made in writing. They shall be accompanied by the documents necessary to enable compliance with the request. When required because of the urgency of the situation, oral requests may be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing immediately.
