Storm Water Management Measures Maintenance. The Developer, or its successors or assigns shall perform a minimum of one inspection per year by a qualified individual, and send the inspection report to the Village Engineer by December 31st of each year detailing the inspection and any needed maintenance activities that took place. Furthermore, upon notification of the Developer or its successors or assigns by the Village of maintenance problems which require correction, the specified corrective actions shall be taken within a reasonable time frame as set by the Village.
