Steering Committee and Representatives. The Parties shall set up a Steering Committee, which shall comprise a minimum of two (2) of their representatives (“Representatives”) or of their respective Affiliates (and in any event with an equal number of Representatives for the Parties). Each Party shall notify the other of its elected Representatives. Each Representative shall carry an equal vote and proxy votes may be granted by Representatives to their fellow Representative(s) if they are unable to attend meetings. Each Party, irrespective of the number of Representatives attending each relevant meeting, shall have an equal vote. Each Party shall be entitled to change their respective nominated Representatives at any time and shall promptly give written (or e-mail) notice of the change to the other Party including the new contact details of the new Representative(s) in any event no less than seven (7) Business Days after the change has been implemented.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project.
