Status of Landlord. The Landlord shall be liable hereunder only so long as it shall be seized of the property hereby demised. No fiduciary or beneficiary or Partner, general or limited, of the Landlord named herein shall ever be personally or individually liable for the obligations of the Landlord. Tenant agrees to look solely to the real estate of which the Demised Premises are a part for satisfaction of any claim; provided that the Landlord named herein may be named as a defendant in order to obtain jurisdiction.
Status of Landlord. The term "Landlord" as used herein, so far as covenants or obligations on Landlord's part are concerned, shall be limited to mean and include only the owner(s) at the time in question of Landlord's interest in the Building and Common Areas. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease, Tenant agrees that no officer, director, agent, partner or employee of Landlord or the owner or any subsequent owners of the Building or the Land shall be responsible or liable for the performance or nonperformance of any agreement, covenant, or obligation of Landlord in this Lease in his or her individual or personal capacity, and Tenant agrees to look solely to the equity interest of Landlord in the Building as the sole asset for the payment and satisfaction of all obligations and liabilities of Landlord or any subsequent owners of the Building. Section 16.16.
Status of Landlord. The term Landlord as used in this Lease so far as covenants or obligations on the part of Landlord are concerned shall be limited to mean and include only the owner or owners at the time in question of the Landlord’s interest in the Building and in the event of any transfer or transfers of the title to such interest, whether by sale or by lease, the Landlord herein named (and in case of any subsequent transfers or conveyances the then lessor or grantor) shall be automatically freed and relieved from and after the date of such transfer or conveyance of all personal liability as respects the performance of any covenants or obligations on the part of the Landlord contained in this Lease thereafter to be performed, it being intended hereby that the covenants and obligations contained in this Lease on the part of the Landlord shall be binding upon the Landlord, its successors and assigns, only during and in respect of their respective successive periods of ownership. Tenant shall look solely to the estate and property of the Landlord in the Building and the land on which it is located and the future rents, issues and profits therefrom for the collection of any judgment (or enforcement of any other judicial process) requiring the payment of money by Landlord in the event of any default or breach by Landlord with respect to any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be observed or performed by Landlord and no other property or assets of Landlord shall be subject to levy, execution or other enforcement procedures for the satisfaction of any obligation due Tenant,

Status of Landlord. Landlord shall in no event be construed, held, or become, in any way or for any purpose, a partner of, associate of, or joint venturer with Tenant or any party associated with Tenant in the conduct of its business or otherwise. Tenant, its officers, agents, servants and/or employees shall in no event be construed, held or become, in any way or for any purpose, agents, servants, employees or independent contractors of the Landlord.
Status of Landlord. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary, no officer, agent or employee of Landlord or any successors of Landlord shall be responsible or liable for the performance or non-performance of any agreement, covenant, or obligation of Landlord contained in this Lease in its, his or her individual or personal capacity.

Status of Landlord. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary, neither Landlord or any successors of Landlord, nor any officer, director, agent, partner or employee of Landlord or any successors of Landlord shall be responsible or liable for the performance or non-performance of any agreement, covenant, or obligation of Landlord or its successors or assigns in this Lease in its, his or her individual or personal capacity, and Xxxxxx agrees to look solely to the interest, if any, of Landlord, its successors or assigns, in fee simple title to the Leased Premises as the sole asset for the payment and satisfaction of all obligations and liabilities of Landlord or its successors or assigns hereunder. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx's successors and assigns shall not take or seek a personal deficiency judgment against Landlord or its successors or assigns.
