STATUS AND TERM. A. Pursuant to ANAHEIM Municipal Code section 1.05.030.0107, XXXXXXXX shall be an at-will employee of ANAHEIM and shall serve for an indefinite term at the pleasure of the City Manager. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the City Manager to terminate the employment of XXXXXXXX at any time, subject only to the provisions set forth in this Agreement.
STATUS AND TERM. A. Employee shall be employed for an indefinite term, serving at the pleasure of the Employer. Employee shall be considered an at-will employee of the City. This employment agreement shall commence on July 1, 2019.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the City Manager to terminate the employment of ANDAL at any time, subject only to the provisions set forth in this Agreement and Section 604 of the City Charter, provided, however, that ANDAL’s employment may not be terminated within six (6) months of the appointment of a City Manager.

Employee shall be considered an "at-will" employee of the City. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit, or otherwise interfere with the City's right to terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time, subject only to the provisions outlined in Section 6 of this Agreement, applicable federal, state, and local laws, and the city rules and regulations. To the extent there is any conflict between the language of this Agreement and city rules and regulations, the language of this Agreement shall control. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit, or otherwise interfere with the right of Employee to resign and terminate this Agreement at any time, subject only to the provisions outlined in Section 6 of this Agreement. Employee agrees to remain in the exclusive employ of City and shall neither accept other employment nor become employed by any other City without the prior written approval of the Mayor and/or the City Administrator. The term "employed" and derivations of that term as used in the preceding sentence shall include employment by another legal entity or self-employment, but shall not be construed to include occasional teaching, writing, or consulting performed on Employee's own time, and with the advance approval of the City Manager.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of the City Manager to terminate the employment of WHITE at any time, subject only to the provisions of this Agreement, the City Charter and the Anaheim Municipal Code.
STATUS AND TERM. This MoU is not legally binding, but is intended to acknowledge that the parties will cooperate in good faith. The MoU will take effect from the later of the dates of signing below, and will continue indefinitely until one party terminates the MoU by providing 20 working days notice in writing (including e-mail) to the other party. If the MoU is terminated, the two parties will discuss and agree on whether the Library should delete the previously contributed data from its discovery services.
STATUS AND TERM. 1. The terms of this Agreement are in relation to Xx. Xxxx'x appointment as President. In the event that Xx. Xxxx returns to the positions of Vice-President (Research) and Professor (with tenure) all terms and conditions that were applicable to those positions will remain unchanged.
