The statement of expenditures procedure may be used for reimbursement of eligible expenditures, in accordance with the Loan Disbursement Handbook and detailed arrangements agreed upon between the Borrower and ADB. Statement of Expenditures. 6. (a) Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Beneficiary shall establish immediately after the Effective Date, an imprest account at a commercial bank acceptable to ADB (Loan Imprest Account). The Loan Imprest Account shall be established, managed, replenished and liquidated in accordance with ADB's Loan Disbursement Handbook and detailed arrangements agreed upon between the Beneficiary and ADB. The currency of the Loan Imprest Account shall be Dollars. The initial amount to be deposited into the Loan Imprest Account shall not exceed the lower of (i) the estimated expenditure for the first six months of Project implementation, or (ii) the equivalent of ten (10) percent of the Loan amount.

The statement of expenditures (SOE) procedure may be used for reimbursement of eligible expenditures in an amount not more than $200,000 in accordance with the ADB's "Loan Disbursement Handbook" dated January 2001, as amended from time to time and detailed arrangements agreed upon between the Borrower and the ADB. Any individual payment to be reimbursed or liquidated under the SOE procedure shall not exceed the equivalent of $200,000. Condition for Withdrawal from Loan Account

If requested in writing by Owner, Agent or any General Contractor shall supply Owner with a statement setting forth the names, addresses and amounts due or to become due as well as the amounts previously paid to every contractor, subcontractor or Person furnishing materials, performing labor or entering into the construction of any part of the Unit Improvements.

The first generation imprest account and the second generation imprest account (collectively called the imprest accounts) shall be established, managed, replenished and liquidated in accordance with ADB's Loan Disbursement Handbook, and detailed arrangements agreed upon between the Borrower and ADB. The currency of the imprest account shall be Dollar. The initial aggregate amount to be deposited into the imprest accounts shall not exceed the lower of (i) the estimated expenditure to be financed from the imprest accounts for the first six months of Project implementation, or

Agent shall have received with respect to Borrower's Work, a statement of Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, setting forth the names, addresses and amounts due or to become due as well as the amounts previously paid to every contractor, subcontractor, and supplier furnishing materials for or performing labor on the construction of any part of Borrower's Work.

If requested by Lender, Lender shall have received a statement of Borrower and any contractor or subcontractor, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, setting forth the names, addresses and amounts due or to become due as well as the amounts previously paid to every contractor, subcontractor, and supplier furnishing materials for or performing labor on the construction of any part of the Improvements.
