Satisfactory Title. The successor Administrative Agent shall have received title opinions and other title information and data as the successor Administrative Agent may reasonably request satisfactory to the successor Administrative Agent setting forth the status of title to at least 85% of the present value of the Borrower’s Proved Reserves evaluated in the Reserve Report delivered to SocGen in connection with this Amendment with such adjustments as SocGen desires in it sole discretion.

Satisfactory Title. Attached hereto at Tab 2 is a notice of title continuation or endorsement issued by the Title Company complying with paragraph (e) of Section 7 of the Agreement.
Satisfactory Title. Title to the each of the Properties shall be insurable pursuant to the Title Commitments, subject only to the applicable Permitted Exceptions, and the Title Company shall be prepared to issue Title Policies in the form of the pro-forma title policies reasonably approved by Buyer on or before the Title/Survey Objection Date.
Satisfactory Title. A notice of title continuation (or nothing further certificate) or an endorsement issued by the Title Company in respect of Owner's title policy and any Assignee's title policy indicating that since the last advance for such Unit Premises, there have been no changes in the state of title, except for Permitted Liens, and no additional survey exceptions (other than Permitted Liens) not theretofore specifically approved in writing by Owner and Assignee and, if such Unit Premises are subject to a Ground Lease in which Agent is not the ground lessor thereunder, an estoppel certificate from the ground lessor certifying that there are no defaults under the Ground Lease, if any, and such other information relating to title as may be reasonably requested by Owner or Assignee at least three (3) Business Days prior to the making of a Completion Advance.
Satisfactory Title. The Security Documents shall constitute a valid first lien on the Collateral for the full amount of the Loan advanced to and including such date, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Exceptions and Permitted Encumbrances. Agent shall have been furnished with a notice of title continuation or an endorsement to the title insurance policy issued to Lenders in connection with the first advance of the Loan, which continuation or endorsement shall state that since the last disbursement of the Loan there have been no changes in the state of title to the Project and that there are no additional survey exceptions not previously approved by Agent.

Satisfactory Title. There shall have been no changes in the state of title and no additional survey exceptions or Liens, except for Permitted Exceptions. Brazos and Agent shall have received a list of all Liens of Record and of all other Liens known to Lessee against the Facility or FF&E and the amounts thereof and, in the case of an Acquired Facilities Lease, an estoppel certificate from the lessor confirming that there are no defaults under the Acquired Facilities Lease and such other information satisfactory to Brazos and Agent.
