STATE REGISTRATION EXAMINATIONS. An employee may take time off with pay for the purpose of taking examinations for State registration as a Professional Land Surveyor, for State certification as a licensed Landscape Architect or for certification as an Engineer in Training. Such time off will only be permitted for an employee who would normally be required to work on a day on which the examination is actually given.
