Standby Pay and Callback Premium. Family Counselors assigned standby duty shall be compensated with one (1) hour of straight-time pay or compensatory time off for each three (3)-hour standby assignment (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday). Standby pay shall be two (2) hours straight-time pay or compensatory time off for standby on a holiday. An employee on assigned standby shall be provided with a cellular telephone at the City's expense. An employee on standby who is called in to work shall receive, in addition to the standby allowance provided above, compensation at the overtime rate for work actually performed with a guaranteed minimum of two (2) hours work or two (2) hours pay at the overtime rate. Employees are not eligible for standby duty if they are unable to work due to their own illness.

  • Standby Pay 19.01 When an Employee is designated to be immediately available to return to work during a period in which they are not on regular duty, the Employee shall be paid the amount of one-half (½) hours’ pay at their regular rate for each four (4) hours on standby or major portion thereof on a day that is not a paid holiday. For standby on a paid holiday, the payment shall be one (1) hours’ pay at the regular rate for each four (4) hours on standby or major portion thereof.

  • Callback Pay When an employee is called back to work after having completed their normal workday, they shall be granted a minimum of two (2) hours pay at time and one half. This provision shall not apply when the hours worked are an extension of the employee's workday.

  • Back Pay The resolution of a grievance shall not include provisions for back pay retroactive further than twenty (20) working days prior to the date the grievance is filed. However, if with the exercise of reasonable diligence the act or omission being grieved was not discovered within 10 working days of its occurrence, and the grievance is subsequently timely filed pursuant to Section 3, then the resolution of the grievance may include provision for back pay for a maximum period of one year from the date the grievance was filed.

  • PREMIUM TAX The Reinsurer will not reimburse the Ceding Company for premium taxes.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:

  • Standby Time All standby time shall be considered as regular hours worked and shall be compensated on a straight time or overtime basis as are other hours worked under this Agreement.

  • Sunday Premium All hours worked by an Employee on Sunday, shall be paid for on the basis of one and one-half (1½) times the Employee’s Regular Rate of Pay. For the purpose of this Section, Sunday shall be deemed to be the twenty-four (24) hours beginning with the shift change hour nearest to 12:01 a.m.

  • Premium Recapture With respect to any Mortgage Loan without Prepayment Penalties that prepays in full during the first 90 days following the related Closing Date, and with respect to any Mortgage Loan that is repurchased pursuant to Subsection 9.04, the Seller shall pay the Purchaser, within 30 calendar days after giving notice of such prepayment in full or repurchase, an amount equal to the excess of the Purchase Price Percentage for such Mortgage Loan over par, multiplied by the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the related Cut-off Date.
