Premium Recapture definition

Premium Recapture. Any portion of a Premium that the Loan Originator receives back from a third party seller of a Loan.
Premium Recapture has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(b)(i).
Premium Recapture. This term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).
