Staffing for New Schools and Worksites. The District and the Association both strive for a clear, fair and transparent process to staff a new school or worksite. Procedures for staffing the new school or worksite shall be jointly developed in a shared leadership process and published to all staff. Both the District and the Association also strive to minimize disruptions to the current educational program by maximizing voluntary transfers and limiting involuntary transfers to the greatest extent possible.

  • TOOLS AND CLOTHING 30.1 An employee shall be required to provide himself with the ordinary hand tools of his trade, based on established trade union practices at the time of signing of this Agreement. EPSCA and the Union shall establish an appropriate tool list for each trade. Each Employer will provide, insofar as is practical, separate facilities for storing the tools of each trade, but shall not be held responsible for losses, except as noted hereunder:

  • UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT 23.1 Uniforms‌ The Employer may require employees to wear uniforms. Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent clothing allowance. The Employer will follow their policy regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear. The cost of normal wear and tear and loss of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear due to workplace conditions is the responsibility of the Employer.

  • Tools and Equipment As established by current practices, the Employer may determine and provide necessary tools, tool allowance, equipment and foul weather gear. The Employer will repair or replace employer-provided tools and equipment if damaged or worn out beyond usefulness in the normal course of business. Employees are accountable for equipment and/or tools assigned to them and will maintain them in a clean and serviceable condition.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Access to Protected Information If BA maintains a designated record set on behalf of CE, BA shall make Protected Information maintained by BA or its agents or subcontractors in Designated Record Sets available to CE for inspection and copying within five (5) days of a request by CE to enable CE to fulfill its obligations under state law [Health and Safety Code Section 123110] and the Privacy Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.524 [45 C.F.R. Section 164.504(e)(2)(ii)(E)]. If BA maintains Protected Information in electronic format, BA shall provide such information in electronic format as necessary to enable CE to fulfill its obligations under the HITECH Act and HIPAA Regulations, including, but not limited to, 42 U.S.C. Section 17935(e) and 45 C.F.R. Section 164.524.

  • Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications For State Agency Authorized User Acquisitions: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as follows: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08- 005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as such policy may be amended, modified or superseded, which requires that state agency web-based information and applications are accessible to persons with disabilities. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.

  • Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager. An employee may request and shall receive a copy of any record or document contained in the employee’s personnel file.

  • For Information/Tools and Other Research Studies  Outcome of project.  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  A discussion of policy development. State if the project has been cited in government policy publications or technical journals, or has been used to inform regulatory bodies.  The number of website downloads.  An estimate of how the project information has affected energy use and cost, or have resulted in other non-energy benefits.  An estimate of energy and non-energy benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any. • Respond to CAM questions regarding responses to the questionnaires. The Energy Commission may send the Recipient similar questionnaires after the Agreement term ends. Responses to these questionnaires will be voluntary.
