Sole and Only Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the sole and only agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the services herein described, and correctly sets forth the obligations of each party. Any representations or agreements not specifically contained herein are null and void. Any amendments hereto shall be made in writing, effective only when signed by both parties.
Sole and Only Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein and contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties regarding said matters. Sublessor shall have no obligations to Sublessee, whether express or implied, other than those specifically set forth in this Sublease.
