Common use of Sole and Only Agreement Clause in Contracts

Sole and Only Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to the services described in this Agreement. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises or agreements, orally or in writing, have been made by any party or anyone acting on behalf of any party which are not embodied in this Agreement and no other agreement, statement or promise shall be valid or binding.

Sole and Only Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with respect to the services described in this Agreementmatters set forth herein and contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties regarding said matters. This Agreement supersedes any and contains a complete statement of all other agreements, either oral or in writing, agreements between the parties hereto with respect to the services described in this Agreement. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises or its subject matter and except as expressly set forth herein supersedes all previous agreements, orally arrangements and understandings, written or oral, relating to its subject matter and cannot be changed or terminated except in writing, have been made signed by any party or anyone acting on behalf of any party which are not embodied in this Agreement the Executive and no other agreement, statement or promise shall be valid or bindingthe Company.

This Agreement contains a complete statement of all agreements between the parties with respect to its subject matter and except as expressly set forth herein supersedes any and all other previous agreements, either oral arrangements and understandings, written or oral, relating to its subject matter and cannot be changed or terminated except in writing, between signed by the parties hereto with respect to Employee and the services described in this Agreement. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises or agreements, orally or in writing, have been made by any party or anyone acting on behalf of any party which are not embodied in this Agreement and no other agreement, statement or promise shall be valid or bindingCompany.
