Sole and Only Agreement. This instrument constitutes the sole and only agreement between Sublessor and Sublessee respecting the Leased Premises or the leasing of the Leased Premises to Sublessee. Sublessor shall have no obligations to Sublessee, whether express or implied, other than those specifically set forth in this Sublease.
