Sole Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the sole and only agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral agreements respecting the Agreement’s subject matter.
Sole Agreement. This Agreement, including the Exhibits hereto, constitutes the sole agreement of the parties and supersedes all oral negotiations and prior writings with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Employee expressly acknowledges that the form of the grant agreement that the Employee accepts electronically through the Fidelity NetBenefits website is intended to facilitate the administration of this RSU award and may not be a full version of this Agreement due to limitations inherit in such website that are imposed by Fidelity. The terms of this Agreement will govern the Employee’s award in the event of any inconsistency with the agreement viewed or accepted by the Employee on the Fidelity NetBenefits website.
Sole Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the terms of this Agreement shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Plan (as the same may be amended in accordance with its terms), a copy of which may be obtained by the Participant from the office of the Secretary of the Company. In addition, this Agreement and the Participant’s rights hereunder shall be subject to all interpretations, determinations, guidelines, rules and regulations adopted or made by the Committee from time to time pursuant to the Plan. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties to it with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any and all prior oral and written discussions, commitments, undertakings, representations or agreements (including, without limitation, any terms of any employment offers, discussions or agreements between the parties).
Sole Agreement. This Agreement (including agreements executed in substantially in the form of the exhibits attached hereto) supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral understandings or agreements, and may not be added to, modified, or waived, in whole or in part, except by a writing signed by the party against whom such addition, modification or waiver is sought to be asserted.
Sole Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement of Bank and FTDI and supersedes all oral negotiations and prior writings.
Sole Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and no amendment, modification, or alteration of the terms hereof shall be binding unless the same be in writing, dated subsequent to the date hereof and duly approved and executed by the Managing General Partner and such percentage of Investor Partners as provided in Section 11.09 of this Agreement.
Sole Agreement. Except for the Confidentiality Agreement, this Agreement and the exhibits and attachments hereto represent the sole agreement between the parties hereto respecting the transactions contemplated hereby and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral proposals, agreements in principle, representations, warranties and understandings between the parties with respect to such matters are superseded hereby and merged herein.
Sole Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Plan, is the entire Agreement between the parties hereto, all prior oral and written representations being merged herein. No amendment or modification of the terms of this Agreement shall be binding on either party unless reduced to writing and signed by the party to be bound. This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by the parties hereto and their respective successors.
