Sole and Only Agreement. This agreement constitutes the sole and only agreement between the parties respecting the Locomotive and correctly sets forth the rights, duties and obligations of each to the other with respect to the Locomotive as of the date of endorsement of this agreement. Any amendment hereto must be in writing.
