Common use of Sole and Only Agreement Clause in Contracts

Sole and Only Agreement. This Agreement and the agreements referred to herein constitute the only agreements of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof. Any prior agreements, promises, negotiations or representations concerning the subject matter of this Agreement not expressly set forth in this Agreement shall have no force or effect.

Sole and Only Agreement.
