Sludge Thickening Tank Upgrades. Option A is the selected approach for the sludge thickening tank upgrades ECM measurement and verification plan and performance assurance. This ECM includes the replacement of existing coarse bubbly diffusers with new fine bubble membrane diffusers and the addition of two VFDs to modulate the required airflow by maintaining the system pressure. To assure the performance of the installed equipment ESG will: - Validate installed equipment and control sequences to meet specifications. - Validate installed equipment and control sequences to operate and perform as specified.

Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department.
