Power Factor. The Power Producer shall maintain the Power Factor as per the prevailing GERC regulations and as may be stipulated / specified by GETCO from time to time. The Power Producer shall provide suitable protection devices, so that the Electric Generators could be isolated automatically when grid supply fails. Connectivity criteria like short circuit level (for switchgear), neutral Grounding, fault clearance time, current unbalance (including negative and zero sequence currents), limit of harmonics etc. shall be as per Grid Code.
Power Factor. The System must operate at a power factor >0.85 (leading or lagging) when output is greater than 10% of full load.
Power Factor. The SPV shall maintain the Power Factor as per the prevailing MERC / CERC regulations and as may be stipulated / specified by STU/MSEDCL from time to time. The SPV shall provide suitable protection devices, so that the SPV could be isolated automatically when grid supply fails. Connectivity criteria like short circuit level (for switchgear), neutral grounding, fault clearance time, current unbalance (including negative and zero sequence currents), limit of harmonics etc. shall be as per Grid Code. Power Factor. While the output of the inverter is greater than 50%, a lagging power factor of greater than 0.9 shall be maintained.

If the average Power Factor during any Billing Period is found to be less than 90% lagging, the Measured Energy during such Billing Period will be increased by 3/4 of 1% for every 1%, or portion thereof, that the Power Factor is less than 90%.

Power Factor. 7.01 The Customer agrees to take and use the Power contracted for in this Agreement at a power factor of not less than ninety percent (90%) lagging at the point of delivery specified in this Agreement.
