The Recipient shall: • Establish a detailed Measurement and Verification Plan identifying data sources and analytical methodology used in the evaluation of the DER Community and ZNCR Homes. • Methodology will evaluate energy use, demand and GHG emissions compared to baseline scenarios described in the subtasks below. Measurement and Verification Plan. The goal of this subtask is to develop and implement an M&V plan to demonstrate that energy savings (natural gas and electricity) are achieved and meet IAQ standards for patient and occupant safety. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a Pre and Post-Implementation M&V Plan to include the specific HVAC system and hospital areas to be measured, the metrics to be evaluated, and the duration/timeline of the measurements. • Consult with Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) representatives to establish IAQ control limits to include contaminants of concern (CoC) to be monitored and threshold limits and to obtain comments on the Pre and Post- Implementation M&V Plan. • Prepare Written Response to Comments on Draft Pre and Post-Implementation M&V Plan. • Incorporate OSHPD recommendations in the Pre and Post-Implementation M&V Plan. • Organize and lead a TAC meeting to evaluate the Pre and Post-Implementation M&V Plan, CoC to be monitored and IAQ threshold limits. • Prepare TAC Meeting Summary that includes any recommended resolutions of major TAC issues in accordance to Subtask 1.11 (TAC Meetings).
Measurement and Verification Plan. (a) Not less than ninety (90) Business Days prior to the Term Commencement Date, the Supplier shall submit to the Buyer for its approval a Measurement and Verification Plan for the DSM Project containing the minimum elements set out in Exhibit M. The Buyer agrees to review the Measurement and Verification Plan submitted by the Supplier, and to either approve the plan or provide the Supplier with its comments by the later of fifteen (15) Business Days after receipt and fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the Term Commencement Date. The receipt and review by the Ontario Ministry of Energy of an outline of a measurement and verification plan as part of the Proposal shall not, under any circumstances, be constituted or deemed to be an express or implied acceptance or approval by the Ministry of the form, content, or methodology set out therein and shall not bind or constitute an estoppel against the Buyer or the Supplier for purposes of agreeing upon the form, content, and methodology of the Measurement and Verification Plan required to be provided by the Supplier pursuant to this Section 4.1(a).
Measurement and Verification Plan. The goal of this subtask is to develop a measurement and verification plan for all aspects of the projects: modular, energy in the modular buildings (appliances and building level HVAC/water heating), water systems, carbon emissions, grid- interactive metrics, building loads, on-site renewable generation, resiliency using passive thermal resiliency, transportation systems, and overall evaluation of the residential experience. The Recipient shall: ● Develop the Measurement and Verification Plan that identifies and describes: o Key performance criteria for the project, and the input parameters and output metrics that will be measured to verify performance including, but not limited to, energy use (kilowatt hours, therms), renewable energy generation (kilowatt hours), water use (gallons), and cost savings for energy, water, and other benefits as applicable; o Monitoring equipment and instrumentation required to collect verification data; o Data acquisition criteria, such as sampling frequency for various parameters; analysis methods needed to generate all performance metrics listed in the Agreement Objectives section of this Scope of Work; o Mixed-use development energy performance operating scenarios that will be implemented during the verification phase, such as the deployable load mode for each apartment modular. o Additional information that will be necessary to complete the measurement and verification task (e.g., self-reported data on mixed-use development resident experience). Products: ● Measurement and Verification Plan TASK 4 Pilot Demonstration The purpose of this task is to conduct a pilot test of the mixed-use development's virtual grid, battery system, lighting schedule, and user interface. It will be used to determine if it meets the performance targets and delivers the expected benefits through an onsite trial. The Recipient will work to access real data from an existing community in order to test the viability of the switch device, along with the project team’s virtual grid. Through this onsite test, the Recipient will evaluate the specifications and feasibility of each apartment being on a microgrid and how residents can share solar resources through a simple lighting indicator. The purpose of the onsite test will be to provide a case study for a demand response system in which residents engage in real-time pricing and receive visual cues whenever their solar budget is exceeded or not exceeded. Measurement and Verification Plan. C4.1 Measurement and Verification will be conducted monthly, and delivered to the Owner annually, according to IPMVP Measurement and Verification Protocol for Option C: Whole Facility. The first such M&V Audit will be delivered no later than 90 days after the one- year anniversary of the issuance of a Certification of Contract Completion, and continuing until the end of the contract term, provided that Owner is not in default of this contract.

Project team may use in- house expertise of the project demonstration site or use third party vendor for measurement and verification (M&V) of GHG and energy consumption reduction. The Recipient shall: • Enter into agreement with M&V subcontractor per Task 1.9 • Coordinate site visits with the M&V subcontractor at the demonstration sites • Develop M&V protocol for pre-installation measurement (and calculation): o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that are to be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified. o Ensure installation of sub-metering equipment and data loggers for pre/post data analysis. • Prepare and provide a detailed M&V Plan for each project demonstration site to include but not be limited to: o Description of the monitoring equipment and instrumentation which will be used. o Description of the key input parameters and output metrics which will be measured. o Description of the M&V protocol and analysis methods to be employed. o Description of the independent, third-party M&V services to be employed, if applicable. • Perform three months (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of pre- installation measurements (and calculations) based on the M&V protocol for pre- installation. • Prepare and provide a Pre-Installation M&V Findings Report for each demonstration site that includes M&V protocol, pre-install measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task. • Develop M&V protocol for post-installation measurements (and calculations) of: o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that will be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified  Perform 12 months or two seasons, for seasonal facilities, (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of post-installation measurements based on M&V protocol for post-installation. • Provide a summary of post-installation M&V progress in Progress Report(s) (see subtask 1.5) which shall include but not be limited to: o A narrative on operational highlights from the reporting period, including any stoppages in operation and why; and o A summary of M&V findings from the reporting period. • Analyze post-installation electrical, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions. • Prepare and provide a Post-Installation M&V Findings Report for each demonstration site that includes M&V protocol, pre and post install measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task. Results should at a minimum report on the reduction of electricity, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel usage and reductions of GHG emissions that directly result from this project and include the following: o Provide all key assumptions used to estimate and determine energy and GHG reductions (and additions, if applicable). o Provide all key assumptions used to estimate projected benefits, including targeted market sector (e.g., population and geographic location), projected market penetration, baseline and projected energy use and cost, operating conditions, and emission reduction calculations. o Discuss whether the energy and GHG emission reductions identified in section II.C were met. • Prepare a CPR Report #2 in accordance with subtask 1.3. • Participate in a CPR Meeting #2.

  • Measurement and Billing The Parties shall measure Interconnection in accordance with this Section 4.6 and xxxx in accordance with Article XXVII and this Section 4.6.

  • Measurement and Monitoring Tools Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order. Upon LAUSD’s request, Contractor shall provide LAUSD with access to the measurement and monitoring tools described herein, and to any information that they generate.

  • Sick Leave Reporting and Verification Employees must promptly notify their supervisor on their first day of sick leave and each day after, unless there is mutual agreement to do otherwise. If an employee is in a position where a relief replacement is necessary if they are absent, they will notify their supervisor at least two (2) hours prior to their scheduled time to report to work (excluding leave taken in accordance with the Domestic Violence Act). Unless otherwise precluded by law, the Employer has reason to suspect abuse, the Employer may require a written medical certificate for any sick leave absence.   • Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.
