Name Plate definition

Name Plate means the plate issued by the Council upon approval of a person’s application for a Licence or renewing a Licence, displaying a Licensed Street Traders’ name, the names of their Assistants, the Commodities authorised, Licence number and Licensed Street Trading Pitch number.
Name Plate means an advertisement announcing the name of owner and or name of occupier of a building and/or name of a building upon which such advertisement is fixed, exhibited painted, pasted retained or displayed, provided that the size of the letters constituting such advertisement does not exceed 2" in height and the total area does not exceed 4 square feet.
