Site Transfers. R.01 The Employer agrees that with future permanent moves from site to site they will provide the Union with as much notice as reasonable. The nurses will be orientated to any relevant differences between the sites. After commencing her shift and where the nurse is requested by the Employer to go to another site to perform the duties of her classification:

Site Transfers. Where the Employer proposes to transfer an employee from one location to another as a result of a client request, or as a part of a disciplinary process, the employer shall notify and discuss the matter with the Union prior to the transfer taking place and the Union shall have the right to grieve the transfer.
Site Transfers. A site transfer is a change from one position to another within the same classification.
Site Transfers. Employees may be required to work at any of the locations covered under this Agreement provided that have the necessary skills and training to competently carry the duties required.
Site Transfers a. Employees may be transferred between any REMONDIS sites with at least fourteen (14) days written notice; and
Site Transfers. Wherever possible the Employer agrees to give an employee, who is to be transferred to an alternate site, at least two (2) hours of advanced notice in order to finish their daily duties, to gather tools and personal items. The Employer agrees that notice will only be given during regular working hours unless deemed an emergency. Employees will still be expected to complete their daily duties during this time. Site Transfers – Out of Town – Wherever possible, the Employer will give employees two (2) days’ notice of transfer to or from an out of town site.
Site Transfers. 2.7.1 Operational requirements may on occasion necessitate the transfer of Employees covered by this Agreement from the site to another site. The ability to transfer Employees between sites is a crucial aspect of the Company’s operational business.
