Site Qualifications. The Agency is a public school or public/private charter school site authorized through the California Department of Education to provide educational services to PreK-12 students, a California Community College authorized to provide educational services to students, or a community agency as listed below. For any Agency providing educational services to PreK-12 students, the Agency must be WASC accredited and maintain Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credentialed counselors on site. For any Agency that is classified as a Community or Junior College, the Agency must be ACCJC, WASC accredited. (Check the appropriate box below) a governmental entity a school, college, or university a community counseling agency a nonprofit and charitable corporation: (Section 501(c)(3)) a licensed health facility (Health and Safety Code Sections 1250, 1250.2, and 1250.3) a social rehabilitation facility or a community treatment facility (Health and Safety Code Section 1502(a) a licensed alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment facility (Health and Safety Code Section 11834.02).

The Agency lawfully and regularly provides mental health counseling or psychotherapy and qualifies as a BBS approved setting for MFT trainee as one of the following: ☐ A governmental entityA school, college, or university ☐ A nonprofit and charitable corporation: (Section 501(c) (3)) ☐ A licensed health facility (Health and Safety Code Sections 1250, 1250.2, and 1250.3) ☐ A social rehabilitation facility or a community treatment facility (Health and Safety Code Section 1502(a) ☐ A pediatric day health and respite care facility (Health and Safety Code Section 1760.2) ☐ A licensed alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment facility (Health and Safety Code Section 11834.02).

  • Due Qualification Seller is duly qualified to do business as a foreign corporation, is in good standing, and has obtained all necessary licenses and approvals in all jurisdictions in which the ownership or lease of its property or the conduct of its business requires such qualification.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated.   • Minimum Qualifications If applicable pursuant to Article 3, I acknowledge that the Bidder meets the minimum qualification requirements established for this solicitation.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.
