Site Listing. Sprint Spectrum will provide RadioShack's Accounts Receivable Department with a NPA-NXX by site listing, or functional equivalent, of all area code/exchange combinations in use in the Licensed Markets and update such listing at least quarterly during the term of this Agreement to reflect new or changed area code/exchange combinations as are issued to Sprint Spectrum.

Site Listing. POP may list Artist’s services via the Platform, which may include Artist’s biography, demographic information and other information provided by Artist and which may or may not be approved by POP.   • AMEX Listing The shares of AMCON Common Stock to be issued in the Merger shall have been approved for listing upon issuance on the AMEX, subject to official notice of issuance;

  • NYSE Listing The shares of Parent Common Stock to be issued to the holders of Company Common Stock upon consummation of the Merger shall have been authorized for listing on the NYSE, subject to official notice of issuance.

  • Stock Exchange Listings Parent shall use all reasonable efforts to list on the NYSE, upon official notice of issuance, the Paired Shares to be issued in connection with the Merger.
