Changes to Schedule. The Society reserves the right to change the schedule with 28 days’ notice or more. In cases where the schedule is changed with less than 28 days’ notice, basic fees will be paid to the musician as outlined in Clause 2 on this Agreement. From 28 to 56 days’ notice, if the Society cancels work, or makes changes which the musician can no longer accommodate due to unavoidable conflict, the musician shall receive 50% of their fee. When the musician is able to mitigate any loss caused by cancellation the Society will pay any difference in basic fees. Minor changes to the schedule may be made at a minimum of 14 days’ notice, without affecting the fees due to the Musician. These minor alterations comprise: change of rehearsal or performance time by up to an hour, change of venue, and change to the programme repertoire without involving a change of orchestra personnel.

Changes to Schedule. Minor and infrequent changes to the schedule may be made by the principal. These changes may include slight changes to the length of passing period and adapting class periods for school needs. Some examples of adjusted schedules include rallies, extracurriclar activities, special homerooms and mandated testing, etc. The normal preparation period may be adjusted by the principal on these days.
Changes to Schedule. Subject to 8.0 above the normal workweek shall be forty (40) hour per week, eight (8) hours per day, Monday to Friday. Any shift schedule changes in the normal hours of work shall be by mutual Agreement between the parties before implementation. If the City changes the Delivery Date then the Completion Date will also change by a corresponding number of days and the City will give the Supplier written notice of such change. Changes to Schedule. In the event that the foregoing schedules for use conflict with School activities to be held on the Recreational Improvements, the School shall submit a request to NORDC to accommodate such School activities. Changes to Schedule. Customer may change its day-ahead Schedule and/or Standing Schedule (collectively, “Schedule(s)”), but the timing of any change shall comply with the Governing Rules, and Customer shall notify TPS of any change promptly, but at least one (1) hour prior to the time such change must be submitted to ERCOT in accordance with the Governing Rules. Such notices shall be made by telephone to TPS’s 24-hour Scheduling Desk and followed up by written communication via facsimile, email, or through other electronic communication. TPS will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement such change(s) as soon as reasonably practicable; provided, however, that to the extent TPS has already committed to arrangements for purchase, sale, or resale of Energy or Ancillary Services based on the Schedule previously furnished to TPS by Customer for the same time period, then TPS will honor those arrangements and will make additional purchases and sales of Energy and/or Ancillary Services required as a result of such Schedule change(s) to keep Customer’s Schedules balanced, and Customer shall reimburse TPS for all reasonable costs incurred by TPS in such purchases, sales, and to replace Ancillary Services. Customer shall give TPS notice of any scheduled outage, unavailability, or reduced capability of any Customer Resource or Customer Facility as soon as reasonably practicable in accordance with the Governing Rules and if such unavailability or reduced capability will affect the Schedule. In the event that any subsequent Schedule given to TPS differs from a prior Schedule for the same time period, such subsequent Schedule shall supersede the prior Schedule, and TPS will rely upon and implement the most recent Schedule when scheduling quantities for Customer for the time period required by ERCOT.
Changes to Schedule. Bethlehem will provide the committed spaces to New Covenant on a regular, weekly basis. If Bethlehem cannot accommodate New Covenant on a certain date, Bethlehem will notify New Covenant as soon as possible but preferably not less that than one month prior to the schedule conflict. All changes to schedule will be reviewed during monthly calendar planning meetings.
Changes to Schedule. There may be circumstances in which, between making him or herself available for an Engagement and Confirmation, Artist is offered alternative work during the relevant dates. Once Artist has responded to an availability check by a Xxxxxx and indicated that he or she is available for an Engagement and accordingly willing to accept an Engagement, Artist will be deemed immediately to be on a “Pencil”. While on a Pencil, Artist must contact the relevant Xxxxxx if Artist wishes to accept other work he or she has been offered on the same day(s) (including by other Bookers using the Platform), so that the Hirer can either confirm (by accepting the Engagement) or release Artist from the Pencil.
