Directory Listings definition

Directory Listings refers to subscriber information, including but not limited to name, address and phone numbers, that is published in any media, including but not limited to traditional white/yellow page directories, specialty directories, CD ROM and other electronic formats. “E9-1-1” or “Enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1) Service” provides completion of 9-1-1 calls via dedicated trunking facilities and includes Automatic Number Identification (ANI), Automatic Location Identification (ALI) and/or Selective Routing (SR).

• All Directory Listings, regardless of type, must conform to the specifications for the directories.

• In cases of charged Directory Listings, the liability of the Company shall be limited to an amount not exceeding the amount of charges for the charged listings involved during the period covered by the directory in which the error or omission occurs.

Directory Listings or "Listings" refers to subscriber information, including, but not limited to, name, address and phone numbers, in Directory Assistance Services or directory products.
