Stock Listing definition

Stock Listing means a detailed listing of the Stock as at the Calculation Time. Sunset Date means 30 August 2020, or if the OIO requires a detailed assessment of the transaction the subject of this agreement is required, 30 November 2020 or a date otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
Stock Listing. Reorganized OSG shall become and remain an SEC registrant at all times. Reorganized OSG Stock and Reorganized OSG Jxxxx Act Warrants shall be listed on a national securities exchange or over the counter upon emergence or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
