Signing of Contract. 46.1 Upon the expiry of the fourteen days of the Notification of Intention to enter into contract and upon the parties meeting their respective statutory requirements, the Procuring Entity shall send the successful Tenderer the Contract Agreement.
Signing of Contract. 2.29.1 At the same time as the Procuring entity notifies the successful tenderer that its tender has been accepted, the Procuring entity will send the tenderer the Contract Form provided in the tender documents, incorporating all agreements between the parties.
