Sign-Up List. Upon posting of the schedule, the Employer shall post a sign-up list for a minimum of five (5) days for employees who are interested in being called to fill last-minute shifts in the next month. The Employer will use the list outlined above to call employees in rotating seniority order. The Employer will document calls made from the list. If employees do not answer the call, the Employer shall move through the list.

Sign-Up List. The Employer will provide an electronic sign up list to permit full time bid Employees to sign up for additional work. Employees signing up for extra work shall be approved based on seniority. The sign-up list shall indicate the days of the week, be available at least one (1) week in advance, and be deactivated no sooner than the Wednesday before the week it is in effect. The supervisor may fill shifts of more than three (3) hours directly from the Extra Work sign up list by seniority.

  • Punch List If, at any time after the Project has been Physically Completed, there shall exist any item or items requiring completion or correction, then the Developer agrees to use all reasonable diligence to complete or correct such item or items so that each conforms to the Final Plans. The parties shall make a Punch-List of the items requiring completion or correction (the "Punch List"). Each item on the Punch-List shall be assigned a reasonable value based upon the reasonable cost of completion or correction of the same or such other value as may be required by the Owner's lender ("Punch-List Amount"). The Developer shall give its written undertaking to complete each such item within forty-five (45) days (or such other period of time as is mutually agreed upon by the parties).

  • Preliminary Design Phase During the Preliminary Design Phase, the CONSULTANT shall, if requested by the CITY and accepted by the CONSULTANT as part of a Services Authorization:

  • List of Subcontractors Contractor shall list all Subcontractors, as part of the Quote, as provided for in Attachment A, ordering procedures.

  • Site Plan It is Licensee’s responsibility before signing this Agreement to ensure that the Site Plan correctly shows the work that Licensee intends to perform, that the Site Plan correctly shows all improvements and equipment that Licensee intends be located on the Use Areas, that the Site Plan shows no work, improvements or equipment outside the Exclusive Areas and Shared Areas properly depicted and labeled on the Boundary Plan, and that all work, improvements and equipment is encompassed within the purposes enumerated in the Standard Terms for that particular Exclusive Area or Shared Area. Any work, improvements or equipment not conforming to all the foregoing is prohibited, even if it is clearly shown on the Site Plan or discussed in the Standard Terms. Any refinement or other change to the Site Plan after Licensor executes this Agreement is void unless Licensee obtains Licensee’s approval of the change pursuant to the plans approval processes set out in the Standard Terms and pursuant to all applicable regulatory requirements.
