Sick Leave Conversion Program Sample Clauses

The Sick Leave Conversion Program clause establishes a policy that allows employees to convert unused sick leave into another form of benefit, such as additional vacation days or monetary compensation. Typically, this program sets eligibility criteria, such as a minimum balance of accrued sick leave, and outlines the process for requesting a conversion, including any limits on the amount that can be converted in a given period.
