For every seventy-five fifty (7550) hour increment of sick leave accumulated in excess of one hundred fifty (150100) hours in a calendar year, an employee may convert an additional sixfour hours of accrued' sick leave to "personal leave" for a maximum conversion of forty (40) hours during the calendar year. Sick leave increments converted to personal leave shall be deducted from the employee's accumulated sick leave. Employees shall have thirty (30) days from each January 1st to make their conversion selections.
