Sick Leave Accrual Rates. Bargaining unit members accrue sick leave according to the following: • Bargaining unit members accrue 96 hours of sick leave per fiscal year. Bargaining unit members will receive not more than twelve days of sick leave per fiscal year. • Faculty on twelve month contracts will accrue a total of 12 days of sick leave per fiscal year.
