Ship’s employment. Each Ship shall on the first day of the relevant Mortgage Period be free of any charter commitment (other than any Charter if any Charter has been entered into by an Owner) which, if entered into after that date, would require approval under the Finance Documents.

Ship’s employment except as disclosed to the Finance Parties and agreed by the Finance Parties in writing, no Mortgaged Ship will, on the date of this Agreement or on or before the relevant Delivery Date be subject to any charter or contract or to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the date of the relevant Mortgage or relevant Deed of Covenant would have required the consent of the Agent and on the date of this Agreement and on each relevant Delivery Date there will not be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings for such Mortgaged Ship may be shared with any other person;
Ship’s employment. None of the Ships is subject to any Charter and will not be subject to any other charter or contract of employment or to any other agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the date of the relevant Mortgage/General Assignment would have required the consent of any Creditor Party and on the date of each Ship’s delivery to the relevant Borrower and any time thereafter there will not be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings (as defined in the relevant Mortgage/General Assignment) of that Ship may be shared with any other person.
Ship’s employment except as otherwise notified by the Borrower to the Agent and approved by the Agent in writing, on or before the Drawdown Date of the Delivery Advance relevant to a Ship, there will not be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of such Ship may be shared with any other person;
Ship’s employment other than pursuant to the Time Charter, the Ship is nor will on or before the Drawdown Date be subject to any charter or contract or to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the date of this Agreement would have required the consent of the Security Agent under this Agreement and there is no agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of the Ship after the date of this Agreement may be shared with any other person;
Ship’s employment. (a) Each Ship which is subject to an Initial Charter (except for m.v.s Partagas and Raiatea) shall, on the first day of the relevant Mortgage Period, have been delivered and accepted for service under its Initial Charter.
Ship’s employment no Ship is, nor will any Ship be, on or before the Delivery of that Ship or, if later, the Drawdown Date for the associated Ship Loan, subject to any charter (other than the relevant Time Charter) or contract or to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the date of the relevant Deed of Covenant would have required the consent of the Finance Parties or any of them pursuant to the terms of clause 5.1.15 of such Deed of Covenant or if one has been entered into, the Facility Agent has consented to such charter contract and on the relevant Delivery Date there will not be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of any Ship may be shared with any other person;
Ship’s employment no Ship is, nor will any Ship be, on or before the Delivery of that Ship, subject to any charter or contract or to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the date of the relevant General Assignment would have required the consent of the Finance Parties or any of them pursuant to the terms of clause 2.9.2 of such General Assignment or if one has been entered into, the Facility Agent has consented to such charter contract and on the relevant Delivery Date there will not be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of any Ship may be shared with any other person;
Ship’s employment except as otherwise advised to and accepted by the Agent, none of the Ships will on the date of this Agreement be subject to any charter or contract or to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the date of the relevant Mortgage or relevant Deed of Covenant would have required the consent of the Agent and on the date of this Agreement there will not be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings for such Ship may be shared with any other person;
