Loan Account. Each Lender shall maintain in accordance with its usual practice an account or accounts (a "LOAN ACCOUNT") evidencing the Obligations of the Borrower to such Lender owing to such Lender from time to time, including the amount of principal and interest payable and paid to such Lender from time to time hereunder and under the Notes.

Loan Account. Agent shall maintain in accordance with its usual and customary practices an account or accounts (“Loan Account”) evidencing the Debt of Borrowers resulting from each Loan or issuance of a Letter of Credit from time to time. Any failure of Agent to record anything in the Loan Account, or any error in doing so, shall not limit or otherwise affect the obligation of Borrowers to pay any amount owing hereunder. Agent may maintain a single Loan Account in the name of Borrower Agent, and each Borrower confirms that such arrangement shall have no effect on the joint and several character of its liability for the Obligations.
Loan Account. Agent shall enter all Loans as debits to a loan account (the "Loan Account") and shall also record in the Loan Account all payments made by Borrowers on any Obligations and all other amounts credited to the Loan Account as provided herein, and may record therein, in accordance with customary accounting practice, other debits and credits, including interest and all other charges and expenses properly chargeable to Borrowers under the Loan Documents if Borrowers have not paid the same when due.
Loan Account. Lender shall maintain on its books a record of account in which Lender shall make entries for each Advance and such other debits and credits as shall be appropriate in connection with the credit facility. Except in the case of manifest error in computation, such account will be conclusive and binding on the Borrower as to the amount at any time due to Bank from Borrower under this Agreement or the Note.
