Release from arrest. The Ship, its Earnings and Insurances shall promptly be released from any arrest, detention, attachment or levy, and any legal process against the Ship shall be promptly discharged, by whatever action is required to achieve that release or discharge.

Release from arrest. If a libel, complaint or similar process be filed against the Vessel or the Vessel be otherwise attached, levied upon or taken into custody by virtue of any legal proceeding in any court, the Shipowner will promptly notify the Mortgagee thereof by telex, or telefax confirmed by letter, at the address, as specified in this Mortgage, and within fourteen (14) days will cause the Vessel to be released and all liens thereon other than this Mortgage to be discharged, will cause a certificate of discharge to be recorded in the case of any recording of a notice of claim of lien, and will promptly notify the Mortgagee thereof in the manner aforesaid. The Shipowner will notify the Mortgagee within forty-eight (48) hours of any average or salvage incurred by the Vessel.
Release from arrest. The Borrower shall promptly pay and discharge all debts, damages, liabilities and outgoings whatsoever which have given or which may reasonably be expected to give rise to maritime, statutory or possessory liens on, or claims enforceable against, the Vessel or the Insurances or any part thereof. If at any time during the Facility Period any writ or equivalent claim or pleading in admiralty is filed against the Vessel or the Insurances or any part thereof, or the Vessel or the Insurances or any part thereof is arrested or detained or attached or levied upon pursuant to legal process or purported legal process or in the event of the detention of the Vessel in the exercise or the purported exercise of any such lien or claim as aforesaid (other than by reason of a Compulsory Acquisition), the Borrower shall procure the release of the Vessel and the Insurances from such arrest, detention, attachment or levy or, as the case may be, the discharge of the writ or equivalent claim or pleading in admiralty as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within fourteen (14) days (or such longer period as the Agent may agree acting reasonably) of receiving notice thereof by providing bail or procuring the provision of security or otherwise as circumstances may require.

The Shipowner will promptly notify the Mortgagee after it has become known to a senior officer of the Shipowner of any average or salvage incurred by the Rig.

The Shipowner will notify the Mortgagee within forty-eight (48) hours of any average or salvage incurred by the Vessel in an amount in excess of US$1,500,000.

Release from arrest. If a complaint be filed against the Vessels, or any one of them, or if a Vessel is otherwise attached, arrested, levied upon or taken into custody by virtue of any legal proceeding in any court, the Mortgagor will promptly notify Mortgagee thereof by telephone facsimile, confirmed by letter, and within three (3) Banking Business Days will cause the Vessel to be released by posting security in the form of a Letter of Undertaking or a Release Bond, and will promptly notify Mortgagee thereof in the manner aforesaid.

Release from arrest. If the Barge is attached, arrested, levied upon or taken into custody by virtue of any legal proceeding in any court, Mortgagor will promptly notify Mortgagee thereof by telegraph, confirmed by letter, and within ten (10) working days will cause the Barge to be released by posting such security as may be acceptable to the court in which such proceedings are pending, and will promptly notify Mortgagee thereof in the manner aforesaid.
