Delivery Advance definition

Delivery Advance. (a) in relation to the Andros Ship and the Andros Tranche, means the Andros Delivery Advance;

Delivery Advance means the Advance to be made to the Borrower in respect of the delivery of the Vessels by the Builder to the Shipowner Guarantor pursuant to the Building Contract;

• The obligation of the Banks to make available the Delivery Advance in respect of any Ship shall be subject to the condition that the Agent or its duly authorised representative shall have received, on or prior to the drawdown of the Delivery Advance for such Ship, the documents and evidence specified in Part 4 of schedule 3 in respect of such Ship, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

• The obligation of the Bank to make available the Delivery Advance in respect of any Ship shall be subject to the condition that the Bank or its duly authorised representative shall have received, on or prior to the drawdown of the relevant Delivery Advance, the documents and evidence specified in Part 6 of schedule 2 in respect of such Ship, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.

• Delivery: Advance copies (50) within 5 days from the approval of digital proof and the rest within 2 days of delivery of advance copies.

• Advance in respect of any Ship shall be subject to the condition that the Agent or its duly authorised representative shall have received, on or prior to the drawdown of the Delivery Advance for such Ship, the documents and evidence specified in Part 4 of schedule 3 in respect of such Ship, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

• Loan D Loan D will be repaid by quarterly instalments each in an amount equal to $417,500 together with a balloon instalment in amount equal to such amount outstanding in respect of Loan D as at the Final Repayment Date, the first such instalment falling due three months from the Drawdown Date in respect of the Loan D Delivery Advance and subsequent instalments falling due at 3 month intervals thereafter and the balloon instalment falling due on the Final Repayment Date.

More Definitions of Delivery Advance

Delivery Advance means with respect to each Tranche, the Advance to be made to the Borrowers in respect of the delivery of the Vessel to which such Tranche relates;

Delivery Advance means the Advance under a New Ship Tranche.
