Shelter. 27.01 Employers shall furnish a room reasonably heated to 65 degrees Fahrenheit, for Employees to change their clothes and eat their lunch. Employees shall be responsible for maintaining the room in a neat and tidy condition. Material shall not be stored in the lunch area and no work shall be performed in the lunch area.
