Common use of Shelter Clause in Contracts

Shelter. Goal: Contractor shall increase the independence of clients by assisting them in obtaining any and all necessary support services (e.g., financial assistance, housing, medical/psychiatric services, etc.) to facilitate a higher level of self-sufficiency. Objective: A minimum of fifty percent (50%) of clients shall obtain stable (permanent or transitional) housing upon discharge. Data collection to be completed by the Contractor.
