Shared Use Path Design. All pedestrian and bicycle facilities must be designed in accordance with the latest Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), and the AASHTO Guide for the Development of Bicycle Facilities. The Engineer shall design alignments and profiles for the SUP as necessary, as well as any retaining walls, to meet the requirements set forth by the State in the Mobility35 document Recommended Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities. The cross sections and 3D models must depict the SUP, including SUP pavement sections. The Engineer shall provide aesthetic details for, but not limited to, railings, buffer areas (concrete, pavers, seeding), walls and grading. Design and coordination of temporary pedestrian and bicycle facilities shall also be considered as needed.   • Research Design The data generated by excavations at the prehistoric site(s) will be used to examine at least three topics: (1) chronology; (2) technology; and (3) subsistence practices. Insights into changing patterns of community organization may also be granted, as may insights into changes in social organization.   • Program Design The County Human Resources Department will operate a Catastrophic Leave Bank which is designed to assist any County employee who has exhausted all paid accruals due to a serious or catastrophic illness, injury, or condition of the employee or family member. The program establishes and maintains a Countywide bank wherein any employee who wishes to contribute may authorize that a portion of his/her accrued vacation, compensatory time, holiday compensatory time or floating holiday be deducted from those account(s) and credited to the Catastrophic Leave Bank.   • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section.
