Informal Meetings. The Engineer shall provide technical assistance, preparation of exhibits for, and minutes of informal meetings requested by the public to discuss the pending impacts to neighborhoods and businesses due to roadway shutdowns, detours and access restrictions or as deemed necessary. This is not to be confused with the formal public meetings held during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process during schematic approval for Public Involvement. It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.
Informal Meetings. Disputing Parties shall hold at least two informal meetings to resolve the dispute, commencing within 20 days after the Dispute Initiation Notice, and concluding within 45 days of the Dispute Initiation Notice unless extended upon mutual agreement of the Disputing Parties. If the Disputing Parties are unable to resolve the dispute, at least one meeting will be held within the 45 days at the management level to seek resolution.
Informal Meetings. Informal meetings of representatives of the College and the Association may be held as needed after a request of either the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the President of Pensacola State College, or the President of the Faculty Association for the purpose of maintaining and improving relationships.
Informal Meetings. The parties' representatives will meet as needed to implement the terms of this Agreement and will make a good faith attempt to informally resolve any disputes.
Informal Meetings. The procedures set forth in this Agreement, shall not preclude informal meetings that may be called by mutual agreement. The parties agree to meet at reasonable times and places and to confer in good faith with each other in order to discuss matters of mutual concern.

Informal Meetings. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude informal meetings between representatives of the Association and the administration in efforts to promote smooth school operation.
Informal Meetings. 9.5.2.1. Where major Occurrences endangering human life, or where major damage is done to assets or the environment, delegated members of the relevant Operators shall meet to determine the causes of action, and to generally manage and conduct the necessary investigation process.
Informal Meetings. At a minimum in any dispute subject to these ADR procedures, the Disputing Parties shall hold two informal meetings within 45 days after the date the Notice under Section 14.2.1 is effective, pursuant to Section 16.11 of this Agreement, to attempt to resolve the disputed issue(s).
Informal Meetings. Any informal observations which are evaluative in nature must be reduced to writing, discussed with the evaluated ESP, and submitted to the ESP for signature prior to placement in the ESP’s personnel file. Such signature does not indicate agreement to the contents of this evaluation, but acknowledgment that the ESP is cognizant of the contents.
