Settlement Payments to Settlement Class Members a. Within twenty-eight (28) days of the Effective Date, or such other date as the Court may set, the Settlement Administrator shall send Settlement Payments from the Settlement Fund by check or electronic deposit, as elected by the Class Member. No claims procedure will be required.
Settlement Payments to Settlement Class Members a. Settlement Class Members shall have until the Claims Deadline to submit Claim Forms. Each Settlement Class Member who submits an Approved Claim shall be entitled to a Settlement Payment.

The Settlement Administrator shall send each Settlement Class Member a Settlement Payment by check within twenty-eight (28) days of the Effective Date via First Class U.S. Mail to their last known mailing address, as updated through the NCOA database if necessary by the Settlement Administrator.

Settlement Class Members will not be required to submit claims in order to receive a Settlement Award. Checks will be valid for 90 days from the date on the check.
Settlement Payments to Settlement Class Members a. UKG will agree to make the following compensation available to Settlement Class Members who submit an Approved Claim. Each Settlement Class Member shall be entitled to submit no more than one Claim for compensation as described in Paragraphs 53-56. Claims based on attestation may be made using a check-box on an online form or mailed form if requested. Settlement Payments exceeding $600.00 may be treated as reportable/taxable income requiring the processing of W-9 forms by the Settlement Administrator.
