Approved Claim definition

Approved Claim means a Claim Form submitted by a Settlement Class Member that: (a) is submitted timely and in accordance with the directions on the Claim Form and the provisions of the Settlement Agreement; (b) is fully and truthfully completed by a Settlement Class Member with all of the information requested in the Claim Form; (c) is signed by the Settlement Class Member, physically or electronically; and (d) is approved by the Settlement Administrator pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Approved Claim means a claim approved by the Claims Administrator, according to the terms of this Agreement.
Approved Claim means a Claim Form submitted by a Settlement Class Member (defined below) that: (a) is submitted timely and in accordance with the directions on the Claim Form and the provisions of the Settlement Agreement; (b) is fully and truthfully completed by a Settlement Class Member with all of the information requested in the Claim Form; (c) is signed by the Settlement Class Member, physically or electronically; and (d) is approved by the Settlement Administrator pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • The payment of Grant is conditional upon the provision of match funding letters being provided to the Authority in advance of the submission of an Approved Claim Form.

More Definitions of Approved Claim

Approved Claim means a Claim Form submitted by a Settlement Class Member that is (a) timely and submitted in accordance with the directions on the Claim Form and the terms of this Agreement, (b) is physically signed or electronically verified by the Settlement Class Member, and (c) satisfies the conditions of eligibility for a settlement payment as set forth in Sections 2 and 5.
Approved Claim means a claim for Settlement benefits made using a Claim Form found to be valid by and in an amount approved by the Settlement Administrator.
