One-Stop Sample Clauses
The One-Stop clause establishes that all disputes or claims arising from the agreement must be resolved exclusively in a single forum or through a specified process. In practice, this means that parties cannot pursue related claims in multiple courts or jurisdictions, and must instead bring all issues to the designated venue, such as a particular court or arbitration panel. This clause streamlines dispute resolution, reduces the risk of conflicting judgments, and provides clarity and efficiency by centralizing all legal proceedings in one place.
