Service Unsatisfactory. If such service has been unsatisfactory, the Fire Chief shall file with the Director of Human Resources such a statement, in writing, with the recommendation to the City Manager that the employee be rejected.

Payment Limited to Satisfactory Services Contractor is not entitled to any payments from City until [insert name of department] approves Services, including any furnished Deliverables, as satisfying all of the requirements of this Agreement.
