Service Technician – Administration Duties. The Employer’s paperwork that is necessary for billing purposes, must be completed following each ‘service call’ (on site unless there are compelling reasons why it cannot be) and provided to the Employer’s administrative staff in a timely fashion. Where the aforementioned paperwork is not done while the employee is on-site the employee shall be required to complete all the required paperwork/reporting on their own time, without pay. All receipts for miscellaneous expenses (e.g. parts) are to be submitted ASAP after the expense(s) was incurred. Employees not submitting receipts with 15 calendar days of the date the expense was incurred will be subject to disciplinary action.

Service technicians who repeatedly offend this procedure may be subject to a wage holdback for the specific jobs in question, until such time as the appropriate paperwork has been properly provided to the Employer.

  • CONTRACTOR DUTIES 5.1 The Contractor will perform the following duties in regard to any student data it obtains:

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
